Entegrus is making strides to keep customers informed and is looking for 1500 Beta Testers to test its SMS/Text alert capabilities.
Customers who opt-in to receive Entegrus notifications will no longer receive a phone call, but a text message instead, to notify them of:
Scheduled outages
Specific customer notices
Past due account notices and collection reminders
Budget payment amount changes
Customers may opt out at any time.
Unplanned outage notifications are not included in this Beta Test. Customers should visit the Entegrus Outage Map or Social Media Channels for the latest unplanned outage information.
What is a Beta Tester?
Beta Testers are customers who agree to test our new SMS Alert capabilities. We may ask for feedback on functionality, and any other feedback that may help us uncover any glitches or usability issues before the official launch.
How do I participate?
To participate as a Beta Tester, ensure you know your 13-digit account number. This number can be found on the top right of your bill.
Step 1: Opt in by texting "YES" to: 1-888-695-7003. You will receive the following message:
Step 2: Enter your account number once you receive a message from Entegrus asking you to do so.
If you are entering a phone number that is different than the number on your account, you will receive a message asking you for the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your account.
If the account and phone number is recognized, you will receive a confirmation message that you are now signed up for the SMS Alert Beta Test!
If the account number or phone number is not recognized, please contact customer service.
You can opt out anytime by replying 'OPT OUT’ to the same phone number (1-888-695-7003).
